I work in a secondary school where a number of children self-harm. I'd heard good things about these so bought some to try. It's early days but I've had good feedback from the children I've given them to so far. They're great if you need something to fiddle with as a distraction. If you're wanting any kind of pain sensation then you need to squeeze the ring quite hard. Only negative is one of them came apart (and I've only used half a dozen so far).

Second purchase was much better quality with ring sizes that are suitable for adults and children, I hand these to clients suffering from anxiety and they work very well.

My child takes these to school to fiddle with when anxious. She likes the feel of them, but they break very easily.

These are great. They are the only sensory/fiddle item that actually work for me. I use them daily. Great for social anxiety and I use them when I'm struggling to focus and my ADHD needs something to chew on. Small enough to fit in your pocket too, bonus!

Los anillos se ven muy bonitos, y la verdad es que son una cantidad enorme, el único problema es que son un poco estrechos y aprietan demasiado, son un poco rígidos, por lo que funcionarán mejor para gente con dedos más delgados, puede que para mujeres vaya mejor. Tuve que comprar otros de otra marca (unos que vienen de Alemania) que vienen sólo dos anillos, y son un poco más anchos. El vendedor, muy bien, envío rápido y sin problemas. Precio excelente.
