AirPulse Speaker Stands ST300 for A300 26 inch Hollowed Supports for Optional Sand Filling Tuning - Pair

Great quality!! Very sturdy!!

I was looking for a pair of speaker stands for my Quad S2 speakers but was put off by the price of some on offer. The AirPulse ST300 stands come pre drilled with holes in the top plate to allow the Edifier A300 speakers to be securely bolted on but my Quads are smaller and I filled the holes in with a suitable filler. The stands came very nicely and securely packed to prevent damage in transit. The finish and fit of the component parts was very good, and assembly was straight forward and easy. They are made of a very dense type of particle board and feel very substantial. It is recommended that the pillars can be filled with sand to increase weight and stability but I don't feel they need it, and if I did I think they would be too heavy for my wife to safely move when needed. I have been very happy with them so far, they are nicely built, look good and excellent value for money at AU$200 including postage. Don't let the fact they are specifically designed for use with the Edifier speakers put you off as they can be easily modified to suit your speakers as long as they are smaller than the top plate. Happy to give five star rating.
