Good price wise

I bought three of the S600PTZ cameras and have had no issues. They are simple to configure and have been functioning as advertised since installation. Make sure you have adequate sun exposure on the solar charging panel and make sure to properly reinsert the rubber plugs on the power and charging ports. The Soliom app on my iPhone works seamlessly. I am very satisfied with these cameras and really apprecaite the solar charging as it provides numerous options for location.

Not good on the top is Broken don’t send me the use one no work

I have tried multiple times and when trying to speak to someone at the door, they either can’t hear me at all or the volume is too low. Also, when receiving the motion detection notifications, the recording only grasp 7 seconds Of the activity and the object or person is already far away. Not very happy about this product

Let me start off about the camera. I purchased this camera to view a feeder in the backyard, and it works very well. Setup of the camera was a simply process, and the benefit of not having to run wires was fantastic. Simply slide the solar panels on the camera, configure the camera with the app, setup wifi, and you're up and running. The camera is placed about 20 yards from the house and has no problem connecting to wifi, and charges perfectly fine in direct sunlight. The functionality of the camera has been great. I receive notifications on my phone when motion is detected, and have no issues with snapping pictures(1080p) or recording video to the SD card. (see pics attached) Now let me tell about my issue and how great the customer service team is at Soliom. My Issue: I decided that I wanted to move the s60 camera a bit further in the woods, and out of direct sunlight. I went ahead and purchased the compatible solar panel for the camera that had a long enough wire to run it in direct sunlight. (very nice!) When I tried to insert the solar panels male usb connector into the camera, somehow the female usb connector inside the camera became dislodged. (Now I have still have a functional camera and winged solar panels, but couldn't connect the compatible solar panel) So then I decided to reach out to Amazon and see what I should do. After 30 mins with Amazon, I got the dreaded response "You need to contact the manufacturer". This is clearly something no one wants to hear. Now I have to reach out to a generic email address, and wait to hear from them. (This is going to take forever!) Amazing Customer Support Team: That certainly was not the case with Soliom's customer support team, and especially the customer service/helpdesk rep "Ollie". Within five hours of me sending my desperate email to [email protected], I get this response from Ollie apologizing to me and that he has a plan to bring this issue to resolution. Ollie also advises me in that same email that "he'll will be on my side" and "don't worry". (You don't see that every day- Kudos Ollie!) Now within a few hours, Ollie arranged to have a new unit sent to me. He also mentioned that Soliom would be covering the shipping costs to send the old unit back. (wasn't expecting this!) This whole ordeal only took a few hours to resolve. This product and company deserve the 5 stars outright. Great product and excellent customer service. Thanks again Ollie and Soliom.

Cannot recharge

Easy to install but kept going off line got better ones from a security company
