Great for the room to hang, came with ties also. Easy to hang up and looks realistic (: came with 12 long vines and I even attached two together to make them even longer. Love the way this turned out

Looks pretty realistic, I was looking for something to string through the lattice that leads to a storage area my husband filled with junk, to make it look a little nicer and it works well. A few things I want to mention about this item: Smell: Yes this ivy has a very strong, bad smell coming out of the package. It was so overwhelming that I could not handle it right away. But leaving it outside for 2 days on a table got rid of the scent so it is not an issue. Just let it air out. Durability: VERY durable. Some of the vines got tangled up several times and I was yanking them apart pretty hard. A couple leaves did fall off but nothing noticeable and none of the vines broke or snapped. Value: Overall a good price for how they look.

I got what l expected for the price. I wasn't buying it for anything formal, just to put up around the house. Twisted one around a floor lamp. Looks nice. The strands did have a strong smell, but putting them outside overnight took care of that.

I LOVE it. I used it next to some curtain fairy lights for my bedroom and it was PERFECT, for me. The leaves are small, which I needed next to these lights. The smell wasn’t bad. It smelled like old department store I left them in my kitchen while I went to work and the entire smell was gone by the time I got home. They are DURABLE for sure. I accidentally stepped on a vine during hanging and it snapped, but I was not being careful so that’s on me. They are beatiful w the project I’m trying to do. Definitely nice for bedrooms I’m not sure for outside projects though.

You would think 12 vines aren't many, but with how long they are, if you're wrapping something up in them to give an overgrown look, you could get away with using just half of them. They instantly give a lived-in energy that calls out to your eyes in an instant. Assembly entirely depends on your purpose for the vines, and can be as easy as pinning them and done, or a lot of tangling and feeding and work work work.

For the price, you can't beat it. Makes great decor for cozying up any space or for adding leaves to a personal project. It does tangle easy, and the individual leaves fall off with little resistance, so just handle with care. They have a nice color, and I appreciate the strands instead of one long strand. The package they arrived in was super air tight, but the smell was HORRID. For the first 24 hours after opening them I was able to smell them from across the room, the smell did get better with time, but it was nasty upon arrival.

Our daughter asked for this for Christmas. This did not come with anything to adhere it to the wall, but with tape, we attached it to the area she wanted it. It looks almost real and can be used in almost any space. She loves her vines!

I've bought at least 4 different kinds of vines previously, both on Amazon and otherwise and they have all smelled very strongly of the chemical/plastic/fish/who knows what else "scent" that others have echoed in their reviews of those products. I was almost shocked that these didn't have the same issue. They do have a bit of a smell, but not like the others and definitely not what I would call unpleasant. They almost smell...good? I wonder if the manufacturer was aware of the issue and got ahead of it somehow by airing out/absorbing any smell and/or infusing a better smell onto them because of it. It's not like they're perfumed, because that would bug me too as im quite sensitive to fragrance, but they almost remind me of those jasmine odor absorbing packs you get sometimes from products from China. Not overpowering at all, it's very subtle but again, not unpleasant. There is almost a bit of a plastic note in there too, just definitly not in a bad way, more of a "new vines smell" that is also very subtle and faint. Strange! But very appreciated. I'm not even going to do what I've normally done with vines when they're new (let them soak in the tub with laundry detergent and vinegar for a few hours, rinsing and soaking in plain water a couple times after, then letting air dry). I'm not even wiping them down, they don't need it. I'll leave them out for a day while I wait for the curtain lights to come in and then I'm hanging them as is. Partially because I plain old don't have to and partially because they will be hung near my patio door where spiders can sometimes crawl in and if there IS a scent left I'm hoping it will deter them from making these vines their home. On top of the non-horrid/oddly pleasant smell, these vines really look great. By far the prettiest vines I've gotten, the colour is perfect, the leaves are detailed beautifully, and the vines themselves are nice and thin but sturdy without a lot of badly molded plastic bits hanging off that many others have. I can definitely see why these are best sellers and emphatically recommend getting these over others! The price is right/average/affordable and these are the best in the biz for sure.
