This product is what I expected and a little more. Battery life is excellent!! I go weeks without charging it and i use it every day. It's very powerful so it CLEANS! I was shocked to see how much stuff comes out even when i use it after flossing with regular floss. I empty the water reservoir daily and get the water out of the tip by running the brush without the reservoir. It's a little big for me to travel with it so I take a portable one I bought before buying this one.The only reason I rated it with 4 stars is because I never got the gift. :( I just emailed them again about it. Let's see if they respond or finally send the gift.- UPDATE: well I got the gift!! I got an email back right away after I first posted this and I got the gift shortly after so I am certain satisfied. The water flosser works very well. Buy it i strongly recommend it. Hood quality, good power, lasting battery, rechargeable, in one word EXCELLENT.

I just got it, but it seems to work well. Portable with the reservoir at the base instead of in a separate unit.Frankly, the best thing about this unit was the tremendous seller. They offer a bonus which was a choice of 3 things and in order to get one of the bonuses, I had to send them my email receipt. The seller (Mc Bagval) was extremely responsive and sent me info about one of the choices since I wasn't sure which I was going to take. I have never had this kind of interaction with a seller. Made me feel special.

Great, rechargeable, water pick. Only minor complaint that I have is that it's easy to turn it on when you're twisting the water reservoir into place. Just be a little careful when you do it, and the thing works perfectly.

We are pleased with the McNaval water flossed that was purchased for my 11 yo with braces. We haven’t used it for travel, however it is light and small enough to pack and go.When I purchased the water flosser a few months ago, I didn’t read the product description well and received 4 regular jet heads.. we opened it a month ago and I contacted McNaval regarding the tips. They were prompt on sending me 4 different jet tips and followed up to see if I received them and how it was working for us. I truly appreciated the customer service received. Would definitely purchase from this company again.

I love this travel sized Water flosser!I had used this for a couples of weeks and feel my mouth is very clean now. I was quite impressed/surprised at how much food come out even I had brushed teeth. The 3 modes are very useful for me. I will use SOFT to massage the gum, and PULSE / NORMAL to clean the gap of teeth. After get used of it, I use this water flosser twice a day, try my make my teeth/mouth as clean as possible. (As I do not really like to the dentist...)With the 4 nozzels (different colors) provided, my family can use their colored tip to clean the mouth. Exceelent!Anyway, an amazing choice!

I replaced a small pump style water flosser I had with this one believing that it would be sturdier, which it likely is, however, I struggle to control this one. It seems quite powerful and I have a hard time getting the stream to where I want it without making a mess, water shooting all over the place. Maybe I will get the hang of it with some continued use, but I am regretting not replacing my original pump style irrigator. It is also much larger than I expected and would take up too much room to travel with for me.

Wow I normally floss every day because I have some gaps in my teeth and if I don't floss after eating my teeth will hurt after a few days. I finally bought this water flosser and even after flossing regularly I still saw food come out after using the water flosser. The very back of my wisdom teeth can also be reached now with this water flosser. The customer service is also by far the best I've ever dealt with. They offer great warranty and are very fast at responding I was so surprised. Definetly this water flosser is way cheaper than other brands

I had a dental implant and it was really catching food debris. This flosser works great to dislodge the food particles and stimulate my gums. The water tank is large enough to complete an entire flossing with around a 1/4 tank left. I was carrying it back and forth to work but it is so inexpensive think I'll buy another to leave at work. It came with 4 tips so plenty enough to share it with you spouse if they are so inclined but cheap enough to have one for each of you.
