WORX 40V Power Share Hydroshot 2X20V Portable Power Cleaner (Batteries & Charger Included) - WG644 Black/Orange

It’s been a very reliable tool. I’m using it to clear off our deck November thru April when freezing temperatures keep the outside water off. With a bucket of warm water, it washes off dog waste; and it washes off the winter road dirt dragged into the garage. Batteries deliver 30-40 +/- gallons of water before needing a charge. I’ve owned a 3200 PSI gas power washer for 25 years. While there’s no comparison when doing serious high pressure washing with the 3200PSI, this washer has been a valuable tool. I don’t just like it - I LOVE it.

This is the second Hydroshot that I own. I also have the original which takes one battery. This one is about 50% more powerful and takes two batteries at a time. I used the original at both lake house and home residence and would take it back and forth. Leaving the original at the lake and will keep this new one at home. This is even better than original as it is more powerful. IF you think these Hydroshots are the same as using a gas powered high power pressure washer, you will be disappointed. Most of those are 1800 PSI, and this is 450 psi. A garden hose nozzle is around 60-80 psi. I find this to be about 5x to 6x more powerful than a garden hose nozzle. What this doe great is clean up patios, porches etc. especially after pollen season, great for washing cars, boat, motorcycle, cleaning out garage floors, etc. I love it and is one of the most used tools in my garage. For what it does it does it perfectly.

The washer worked well but batteries only lasted 30 minutes. Thought I could buy 2 more batteries but it seems duplicate batteries are discontinued.

The product is quick and easy to use and very does the job efficiently. It beats hauling out my larger gas powered power washer. Even though it produces less psi, it actually makes it safer to use since there is less likely the ability to tear up what you may be cleaning though one should still be careful. So far I have used it to clean the siding of my house and deck and have easily transported it to a friend's to do a similar job. I would recommend purchasing another set of batteries, which I did, since battery life can be short when performing larger jobs.

This is a great little unit for washing the car and doing light pressure spraying. It's well made and seems of good quality. However, it doesn't output much pressure compared to a plug-in electric pressure washer. It has two power modes (H/L) and even on high it's wimpy. Don't expect to cut grime off your sidewalk, engine block, or anything like that. Another disappointment was the window squeegee accessory (not included) only attaches directly to the unit, not to the extension wand. This is the case with all the accessories. This means I can't reach windows or anyplace high. The only accessory that attaches to the wand is the spray nozzle, which has 4-selectable spray settings but sketchy build quality. Honestly, they kind of botched an otherwise good design with the method of attaching accessories. Combine that with the wimpy output and it's not useful for much beyond washing the car. It does a great job on that task though.

Super easy to use - just throw the hose in the lake and take aim at those nasty deposits from the flying rats. We have one extra special (and very regular) Seagull that decided he liked the Bimini perch on our boat to do his daily deed. In fact, he came in every morning a nearly the exact same time. If I didn't know better I swear he had a newspaper under one wing and a half full cup of Joe under the other. It doesn't seem possible that all of the shhh-tuff could come out of one bird. At least now we have the heavy artillery to handle the tapestry of goo pasted on our black boat cover. This thing works on cleaning off the dock too and using both batteries on high power lasts about 30 mins which is about perfect for tidying things up.

So far, my replacement Worx gun ( my original i liked was the 20v single version) worx'ed well enough for my task. Finally died , replaced with this Dual 20v (40v) version. it turns on, isnt pulling water through the hose fast enough to spray out. Trying to preload the water (which seems idiotic to me) maybe a short hose attachment, (primer hose) and have that double as a 'bottle hose' (which would be seconds of spray i assume) im going to retry again in a bit, reread the odd directions. (2 diff cards, with one set of instructions) found the 'primer one' on the handle. other booklet doesnt say anything about priming with water. so far, not a good feel.

I love this little, but powerful, tool! I've only had it for two days, but I keep finding new uses for it around the house. Don't expect it to have the same power as a pressure washer, but it did a great job cleaning the grime off of my cement patio. It's way more portable than a pressure washer because you're not limited by a hose- you can also use it with a bucket of water. I felt safe washing my car with it, it made the job go by a lot faster than the old fashioned way. I'm very impressed with what this guy can do! Can't wait to try it out on my house's dirty siding.

When ordering this item it's sent from the US which will become an issue as I explain. Firstly the initial advertisement showed a UK worx battery which was misleading as they don't fit (now changed) I see. Luckily I've a couple of older batteries that are the same fitting, voltage etc however, if I'm looking at the newer batteries I'm going to need an adapter which is just adding to the overall cost. Lastly if your not happy with the item it's to be shipped back to the US not free and not to the UK distributer which really is not acceptable as your not informed on this prior to buying! I'll be keeping the item simply because it's a higher PSI and hopefully I'll be able to adapt other batteries. Overall the advertisement is a joke it's not designed for the uk/EU market with no warning about this nor the fact you've to return it to the US if unhappy with your purchase. Lastly warranty maybe an issue as its a US model not UK.

There were 2 parts missing when I opened the box. These missing parts are essential to the operation of the equipment. Extremely disappointed. This hydro jet sprayer is not cheap.

Considered this product with similar priced pressure washers on market. However the deciding factor was where I could use this. This product is basically for portability and has flexible use options. Keep in mind although this model max is 450PSI, it was enough for what I needed: washing up garage floor, porch, windows (It will likely not be giving you power wash porn, though I don’t have anything that dirty to try it on.) Planning on using it in the winter to wash off road salt on vehicles before parking in garage. Water source can be from a bucket, so no waterline freeze risk. Battery Life; Runs on 450PSI max for about 20-30mins (There’s a couple of YouTube videos that show actual use constant run.) Charge time is also as documented. Would suggest to purchase additional batteries or if living with Worx products find another product that uses the same battery system. If you don’t need the portability and if you are not concerned with using different brands and different battery systems Or power systems (gas, plug-in) then I would suggest you consider this in your decision. Price value here is contingent with whether you are investing in Worx’s PowerShare platform and your use of a portable pressure wash system. If you live RV life, or Boat life; this product would be ideal; if you need quick washes where you want to save on space when not dependent on power receptacle (Unless you don’t have batteries charged) or gas. Though if you already have a generator; then that’s probably another factor you’d be considering. This product does come in a small package though compared to any other pressure washer and it’s water source can be from anywhere.
