Has anyone tried baking and then freezing these biscuits? Do they hold up?

We make them often and try to always have a supply of the baked biscuits in the freezer. We just pop them into a toaster oven to reheat and crisp them up and they come out like fresh-baked. And if you double the cheese it calls for in the recipe, they taste even better!

What is the expiration date as of August 2017?

Mine says 5/01/18, but I bought it many months ago.
