I love the color. I just wish they made one a little bit longer

I ordered the 2'6" x 12' rug and received 2'6" x 10'. It was labeled as 12'. So I measured, it is definitely 10'. It seems like too much of a hassle to return, but definitely a disappointment.

This rug was brighter colors than I thought it would be and has a few loose ends poking up here and there. It seems sewn together pretty well but it felt damp upon opening and laying it out and has a strong chemical smell. I have had it down for going on 3 days and it still smells like chemiclas and still feels damp in places when I walk on it barefoot. It laid out flat pretty quickly however, even though it came rolled. One of my cats smelled it all over for about 15 minutes, up and down the rug before deciding to lay on it. Overall it will work as long as the smell dissipates. I had planned on buying the lighter colored one for my hallway but won't now after getting this one.

If you take a look at the photos supplied by the seller, you’ll see a beautiful, multicolored rug with orderly knotting spiraling toward the center. What arrives is a low-end version of that. My rug arrived with at least 20 exposed start and stop points. Each of which had pieces of material hanging from them. The rug is tight in some areas and loose in others which causes it to be misshapen. The colors were simply not like the photos. The rug is extremely hard to clean and falls apart on the corners. Sorry…I cannot recommend this one. It’s a perfect example of why shoppers are apprehensive about purchasing items online, sight-unseen. I’m already looking for a replacement.

So it is falling apart. Pretty quick actually. Still using it in the laundry room. But it is not suitable for much else.

The rug is beautiful, a little uneven at spots, but to me that is part of the bohemian look, and when it’s hand made. I do caution though for any dog owners. If your pet family member has an accident the dye will bleed. I took it up to clean and saw dye on my carpet, so immediately rolled it up and purchased a heavy duty plastic runner to go underneath. I don’t think a regular backing will do, you need to make sure there isn’t any transfer of dye. All in all, the product is beautiful and I’m happy with it:)
