I’ve only recently purchased this, and it has worked well so far. I can add that many have commented here that it’s difficult to clean. If you just fill it with water after pouring out the frothed milk and let it sit until you’ve finished your coffee, it practically cleans itself.

My microwave is one of those desert island must haves for me. So when it stopped heating, I was in a bind for heating milk for tea in the morning and heating milk for my afternoon latte--not to mention reheating, etc.--as I had to wait at least five days until the microwave could be repaired. I looked to buy a small counter top microwave to tide me over but, can you believe, such a product doesn't even exist?! Anyway, I discovered this milk frother/heater and saw it could be delivered within 24 hours. While I had to really change up my beverage making/drinking process--used "thermos"-type mugs to keep it all hot rather than ceramic mugs that could be reheated ... in the microwave--this product completely did the job of heating the milk to a good temperature and in only a couple of minutes. I didn't need frothing, just the heat, so I used the alternate turning tool inside and filled to the most full line. Though it did wind up with a bit of foam created even then. I use about a cup of milk, which this product accommodated. Also, for some reason it says not to use nonfat milk, but that's what I use in my tea and latte, and it was fine in this heater. So this product was a HUGE life saver for me. It was a big deal to me. : ) Thank you!! (And my microwave was beautifully repaired to great relief.)

My favorite frother. I mix cream and coffee, hot chocolate, pre-workout, matcha lattes. Pretty much anything that needs to be mixed and it doesn't leave clumps. This is my second one because my 1st one for some reason stopped working. The base still works, it was the frother itself that stopped working. I tried it with my new frother and the base works fine. I take good care of it by making sure I don't wet the base or side buttons so I'm not sure why it stopped working but overall it's a good frother.

This frother is excellent and worked well for 8 months. Then we noticed the base that holds the frother in place had broken off and it no longer could spin or froth. It continues to heat the milk but the froth is what is available. We only used it a few times a month when we had company during the 8 months so its even more disappointing that it did not last very long. We will be ordering another frother from another company to see if we get a longer life span.

This has got to be one of my most favorite purchases of 2020! It’s so easy to use and the premium coffees we make at home now, are I swear, better than any coffee shop we’ve ever had. First we start by using our Keurig to brew a Starbucks k-cup. While that’s going I pour just enough Jordan’s Skinny Syrup (Vanilla or Caramel flavor) to cover the bottom of this thing with a thin layer and fill the rest with milk up to the froth line and let it do its magic! In a minute you have gloriously sweet and thick milk foam to add to your coffee. Since then we’ve been experimenting with hot chocolate, cold foam, and all kinds of layered drinks. We’ve had it for about two months now and my husband and I both use it daily with no issues. I honestly love it so much that if I had to buy one every few months, it’d still be worth it to me. You won’t regret it! UPDATE: Wow, 2+ years later and this thing is still going strong! Shocking! I don’t even remember what life was like before this thing any more but boy am I glad I get to enjoy it now!

Works great. The mousse is better with the hot option tho.

Works really well, it’s perfect for individual small servings of hot chocolate. The mixer piece holds up great! Great homemade foam too!

Worked for 2 days. After 2 days, milk is just lukewarm. What a waste of money this was!
