either ensure the base is thick enough for the bolts to go through - wood makes it lighter to move around if using outside or into concrete if stationary.

UPDATE: it’s been a while now, I’ve actually attached it to the bottom of my weight tree, works a charm and keeps it out the way (attached an image). The weight rack has 80kg of bumper weights and then the tree and doesn’t move when doing landmine rows or pushes with 70kg+ on so for the money this thing is great. Added this to my strength shop half rack, great bit of kit for the price and adds a lot more workout options, would recommend for the price as this will fit any rack.

Solid looking, sturdy attachment for both 1 and 2 inch (olympic) bars if you want to add a T-Bar row to your home workouts. Easy to attach to a bench, Smith of other compatible equipment. Great bit of kit.

Fits olympic and thinner bars. Using it twice a week for last few months with both 15k and 20k olympic bars. Must be good as I dont notice it.

Definitely recommend that piece, it adds so much to my small studio

Versatile land mine attachment perfect for an Olympic bar. It has adjustments so you could use any size bar actually. We attached it sitting our half squat rack on top of it so we didn’t have to bolt it down. Works perfectly and swivels nicely! Super happy with this purchase.
