Great stuff

Sadly, this is not fit as a cigar humidor; the fan for cooling removes the humidity, so it's a constant battle. Currently have a Bovida packs of 84 in but can't get above 59. Do not buy, total waste of money

Very happy with the size and it looks lovely, still not sure on RH level. Still running a bit high, but not as much as the last going to give it another week or so.

Small but well made, quiet and effective

Unfortunately this product is great in every way except the most important function. It is a good size, it maintains temperature from 14-18C well. It looks good. But it doesn’t maintain humidity which is no good for a cigar environment. As soon as the cooler turns on the humidity drops 20% or so and when the cooler stops it rises very slowly again. No good in hot weather as the cooler runs more meaning humidity will be too low. If you unplug the humidor it maintains humidity perfectly but then you can’t maintain the temperature. I have the 23L version and it’s absolutely perfect. This 48L version isn’t good.

Ho acquistato questa cantinetta due anni fa nella versione da 48l L'ho installata in una stanza ben areata con temperatura massima esterna di 28/30 gradi in piena estate e di 18 minimo in inverno. Dopo averla pulita perfettamente con acqua e aceto e areata a porta aperta per una settimana, l'ho chiusa e accesa mantenendola vuota per un'altra settimana, inserendo un bicchiere di acqua distillata e un igrometro digitale nel vassoio centrale. Raggiunta l'umidità del 70% ho tolto il bicchiere. Ho inserito i sigari, le scatole e quant'altro avessi all'interno. L'umidità è scesa al 61%.in un giorno. Ho reinserito il bicchiere e l'ho riportata al 70% Tolto nuovamente il bicchiere si è assestata al 68%. Non l'accendo quasi mai, perché destabilizza l'umidità. Apro la porta una volta al giorno per togliere i sigari da fumare o per inserirne di nuovi. Ebbene, sono due anni che mantiene il 68% con punte d'estate del 70 e minime d'inverno del 66. Direi perfetta come humidor. Meno se accesa, ma basta saperlo. L'igrometro in dotazione non vale niente. Usate quelli elettronici e teneteli a vista. O uno grande al centro come ho fatto io oppure tre piccoli, in alto, al centro e in basso per un monitoraggio ancora più accurato. Vale la spesa e utilizzata come ho fatto io non consuma niente ed è stabilissima.

Non tiene la temperatura impostata, indipendentemente che la temperatura ambiente sia maggiore o minore. Scende da solo a 14.5 gradi, misurati con termometro elettronico messo dentro, e di lì non si sposta più. Troppo pochi per garantire la conservazione dei sigari senza indurimento e rischio muffe. Prodotto da evitare.

Fa il suo dovere ma l'igrometro all'interno è inutile
