I love it. Easy to inflate and deflate. I have chronic back pain throughout the day due to poor posture and working hard since forever so my spine is a little curved(in the works to fix). Sitting in seats with no lumbar support causes me pain too. I initially bought this for the 4th of July to put in my folding camping chair because it has no back support at all. It was great. No back pain and very comfortable. I use this in my bed and I take it with me to work. I’m currently using it as we speak because my clients couch is very uncomfortable for my back. What might be comfortable for some may not be for me because of my condition. This is the reason I am writing this review- because of the comfort I am feeling right now. My spine even cracked in a few places a few minutes ago at the same time when I moved. It caught me off guard because I was only adjusting myself and I heard and felt the crackles. It was bittersweet. When my back is being properly supported I have crackles in my spine(like cracking your knuckles) when I move into another position or shift which is what it needs. It feels good afterwards. Which is also why I need a chiropractor lol but anyway this pillow does the job for me. I do feel this will be a MAJOR support in realigning my spine and with my overall back problems in general. The material is very durable. And as far as it leaking air I have no problems. If you feel any difference you can just add more air. Anything you inflate eventually starts losing some air especially with pressure. I’m also over 200lbs so I’ve tested the pressure to the pillow and it seems fine. I LOVE IT!! GET THIS!! SN: The outer material is almost like suede so it can get linty. Nothing tape or a lint roller can’t fix🙂

I suffer from lower back and sciatica issues and need extra lumbar in my car seat. Color matches my leather perfectly and I was please how I could blow up just the right amount of pillow support for my personal back shape to contour with my car seat. Was skeptical about it deflating, but even in hot, over 100 degree temperatures, the pillow has maintained itself.

Takes longer than expected to inflate. Its versatile...back support, head rest. I was able to use it on the plane and the bus while traveling.

This product would have gotten four stars all the way around if it weren’t for the fact that it will not stay inflated. I have checked it for leaks, there are none. It simply will not hold air. I suspect the seal is not very tight.

After using a few times this pillow doesn't hold air anymore. After 10 minutes it's become half flat. Very disappointed.

This is great for air travel just a couple of puffs and it makes an economy seat quite comfortable. I also used it for laying out on the beach and it was quite easy to shake the sand off wish it was longer for this purpose. Im quite impressed with the versatility

I use this in the car. It was easy to adjust the amount of air inside to have a comfortable ride. UPDATE: we have a total of 5 pillows, in the cars and office chairs. One of them won’t stay inflated. The other 4 are fine.

I have used this pillow for a chair I use while working on my computer, on a plane and while driving my car. Pros: Adjustable “stiffness” based on how much air you add Inflated and deflated fairly easy It folds into a small size bundle that easily fits in the pouch it comes with it Cons: When it’s fully inflated while sitting on a standard plane seat it tends to move your whole body forward making your leg space even more reduced than what airlines already offer. If you deflate it to a point where your knees have more room, but the pillow still provides support, the pillow becomes quite wobbly. Overall I think this was a good purchase as it is quite versatile in most scenarios where it can be used.
