This is an excellent primer. My make up stays on all day. It gives a really smooth base to spread your foundation over. It has no strong scent, which is great for me. Also, it really is matte. Many primers claim to be matte, but they are shiny and slippery.

I've never bothered with primer before putting on my foundation, but now I'm in my 40's I've noticed makeup doesn't have the same longevity as it used to. I needed a product which would tackle oily patches on my nose and chin and prevent foundation from absorbing throughout the day. This product works perfectly providing a light, but smooth base for foundation (usually mineral). I've found it really helps hold my makeup in place and prevents both oily breakouts and aids absorbtion. I can wear my makeup a good 5-6 hours before even needing to think about blotting. My makeup stays put all day (usually by evening it's patchy). The only downside is the small bottle and price however, a little product does go a long way and although quite runny it's glides onto my skin and dries quickly. Also the design of the pump means every single ounce of product is used (see my picture taken after the product ran out and I removed the outer packaging). Highly recommend, especially for mature skin.

You know how you get some reviews that are headed up, "Reviewed In the UK on [date]" but you can tell by the spelling and grammar that it's highly unlikely they are UK reviews? I'm doing my bit in the UK to remedy this :-) I tried this and the Barry M Primer. Of the two, the Barry M was better. This one went on well but for me, it over-lightened my skin so by the time I put my usual foundation on top, I looked pale and gaunt. I also found that the so called 'dewy' look that it's supposed to give you just made my skin look greasy overall. The scent was bad IMO. I wouldn't recommend this.

I’m SO SO happy with this product. Not only does it do what it says on the tin, but it actually does more! It works as a styling product on wet hair when blown out. But also, you can use it on dry hair for a spruce up to give it volume if it goes flat (like when you wake up) just spritz on dry hair and blow dry just those sections that need livening up a bit. Honestly it’s effective, easy to use and works wonders on hair. My hair has never 👎🏼 looked so good ❤️❤️❤️

After trying for years, and failing, at huge expense to find something to control oily skin and pores on my nose I think I have finally found it! Even after a sweltering day gardening one quick blot and it was back to as if I had just applied my make up. No greasy silicone feel or moisture sucking feel like some much more expensive potions. This is different and it works for me. It's not expensive and also has sun screen. Hope it works for you, it's definitely worth a try.

La textura es aterciopelada y el olor muy suave, parece que minimiza algo los poros,pero no mucho. Pero como base si me gusta ya que no es grasa ni con brillos y solo con polvos compactos para diario queda bien y para salir con maquillaje también queda bien..me ha gustado

I Guess it doesn’t work for hot humid SG after all! My foundation melted in mid day even when I use this primer. No smell which is a good thing for sensitive combo skin like mine.
