Good grip on the floor. Very durable and should last a life time. I prefer these rather than elevating heels on weight plates. You feel a good quad burn when you start doing squats with heels elevated. Also good for people who struggle swith full squat depth

Excellent for squats - "bullet-proof" and sould last a lifetime. Makes lifter squat deeper and throws emphasis on the leg muscles. Not too "steep" an angle - just enough to make you squat upright, using less of your back.

Love it, nice very compact and does the job. Feels very sturdy when being used. I use it for hamstrings and calve exercises

Quite a small incline, probably not significant enough for most.

What I expected light and convenient

Got these for my wife and I to assist with front squat form on the X3 system. Standard full size ramps are too long to fit on the baseplate, so these are perfect, and way cheaper than buying lifting shoes for both of us.

Great for elevating your heels during front squats. Especially if you're working around a mobility issue and just want more quad emphasis. Feels more natural than standing on weight plates.

Good product. It does not slip and provides a solid support. It is quite sturdy. The only reason I give it a four star is that it is a bit expensive for what it is. However, overall I am happy with the purchase and would recommend it.

A little pricey but good quality. Small size but not too small. Gets the job done.
