Gel Ink Ballpoint Pen 0.38mm Black (Pack of 5)

so worth it. i’ve gone through a 10 pack til all of em went dry because they’re my go-to pens. it writes smoothly and the fine line on college ruled paper is chefs kiss. perfect for journaling.

These are my all-time favorite pens. As a left-handed person, I’m pretty picky about what I write with. They dry really quickly and I never (really, never) smudge what I write. It’s possible if you’re a slower writer and the ink is laid on a bit thicker that you could smudge what you write and get ink on your hand. But I’ve never had drying issues, personally. I have also never found a pen that compares to the products Muji puts out! The 0.38mm is my favorite and I think is the perfect thickness. I buy these pens whenever I see them because I write a lot, and love gifting them to people! Would 100% recommend.

These pens were recommended by a friend who has been using them. I bought them and have been using one. It writes smoothly and doesn’t crap out when you change writing direction like other pens I’ve used. The pen tube isn’t very small or uncomfortable, either. I like bulky pens because they’re comfortable to hold. This one is not too small for me. I can write comfortably for a few hours. The line that these pens make is very fine—finer than I expected, but it’s easy enough to read for me and it looks like it saves ink because I’ve been writing and have written and doodled on many pages already, and there is no sign that any ink has been depleted. I also really like these pens because they come with a little blob of wax on the tip to prevent them from drying out before you use them. How awesome! My pens can sit on my shelf for a long time without becoming useless. That’s reassuring. The ink flows effortlessly and does not glob, so in my doodling I can fill in spaces without issue just by scribbling back and forth. The pen tip doesn’t tear up the paper, either. I don’t think I’ll need to buy pens for a long time, but when I need more, I’ll buy Muji again. Best pen ever, in my opinion. I might try the wider version next time, just because I like thick writing.

The pack I bought only had one pen in it and it wasn't even wrapped in plastic or anything. The cap had came off in shipping and both it and the pen are cracked. Trying to go through Amazon for support, they link you to what is supposed to be the manufacturer's site, but instead it links to a support page for a seller that has nothing to do with MUJI at all. The seller I bought from was tokyoexport, so avoid them. The pen itself is pretty nice otherwise. Feels good to write with, glides along the page and the ink doesn't bleed through even thin paper.

Love the way this very fine point and ink glides on good paper. The ink seems to run out fairly quickly but willing to overlook because ink writes well with no blobs or skipping. Pen but is skinny & straight so can be challenge for a good grip writing more than a few calendar updates (it fits Filofax Malden pen loop—yea!). Thought I would try a set of retractible Muji in lovely colors but they’re a little disappointing since some colours a kinda weirdly light and none seem to have the extra fine point glide I love! So stick with the sticks in black. But I may try a blue and would love a brown ...

The MUJI - 0.38mm pen is the ONLY ultra fine point pen that I will use. Although it has a rather unassuming look and feel, this pen is one of the smoothest feeling ultra fine pens I have found. And it is also one of the cheapest! MUJI has done something that seems impossible with this pen and really raises the bar of how a ultra fine pen should feel when writing. Unfortunately, these are only purchasable online unless you are lucky enough to have a Muji store in your area. Due to this, they are a little pricey but it is well worth it!

ich hatte diese stifte empfolen bekommen als "die besten stifte, die es gibt" und war erst ein wenig skeptisch. aber keine meiner zweifel waren berechtigt. diese stifte schreiben durchgehend und schön klein, um viele informationen auf ein blatt zu bekommen. außerdem halten diese kugelschreiber ewig - ich muss erstmal nicht nachkaufen. absolute kaufempfelung!

Le lot contient 5 stylos complets à bille et encre noire. Ces stylos Muji sont fabriqués au Japon. Pour une bonne conservation, les pointes sont protégés par un opercule en aluminum. L'écriture est douce et agréable.

I love writing with this pen. I take a lot of notes and Muji 0.38 allows me to take precise notes in smaller fonts. This pen exactly what I was looking for.
