I cant say enough about this product. a couple months ago I decided my hair needed some healing ( I straighten it irregularly, but enough that I started to notice some damage). I researched a bunch of hair masks and conditioners, and was skeptical. In the end I ordered this because it was so much cheaper than anything else I was finding. I loved it from the first use! It is a very thick consistency, and smells amazing. My hair was so much softer after the very fist use. After several weeks I noticed an improvement in the overall health of my hair. It is softer and shinier looking, less split ends, slightly less frizzy, and seems to have grown a bit as well!I use it once or twice a week. there are lots of different ways to apply a hair mask, but this is what works best for me... I shampoo my hair then rinse. I brush out my hair after this. I then take some of this mask (it does not take a lot! maybe a gumball sized scoop- my hair is pretty long) and work it into my hair from my chin down. I sometimes I will braid it, or just throw it up into a bun. Then I let it sit in my hair for 5 to 10 minutes. Some people recommended getting out of the shower, but I found it works best for me to just keep my head out of the water spray (I usually wash my body, shave, ect while I wait). Then I rinse it out for just a few seconds. I found if I stand under the water for too long to rinse it I loose some of the benefits (my hair isn't as soft afterwards), but not rinsing it all out left my head itchy (not in an allergic reaction type way...I think because it is so thick).I will note that I did stop straightening my hair completely, and so it is not entirely possible to tell what benefits are from the mask.I have had it for about three months, and I still have about half the container left! This hair mask not only woks, but is super affordable. I will definitely be purchasing again when I run out.

I have three items from the "Grow Long" line - the deep conditioning mask, the leave in conditioner spray, and the serum. Can confirm, all three items have the same smell, so if you like one, you'll at least like the other two. I LOVE the smell, so I was excited that all of these smelled the same.The deep conditioning mask gave instant results. Once my hair dried, my hair felt the softest it's felt in years after using hair masks from other brands. I've found my go-to weekly conditioner in this hair mask.

I buy this on repeat!! I have thick and curly hair and my daughter has spiral curls and this conditioner is amazing. Makes our hair soft, takes out all the knots, and smells amazing! It does help with frizz control to an extent. I do recommend it…so far the best conditioner I’ve found. I’m open to suggestions but for now I’ll keep using this one.

I’ve also noticed that less hair is falling out when I use it. Especially on days when I wash it, not as much falls out. The quality of my hair is just way better. It doesn’t make my hair greasy at all. I recommend that sometimes when your hair needs a pick me up but not a full wash you just use this on your hair and it will last for a few more days. Another thing that I like doing with this product is on wash days when my hair gets greasy or I’m doing a slick back I just put this in my hair and let it sit all day and then rinse it and wash it like normal. I also use oil with it on those days and those combined has helped my hair in so many ways. A little bit of this product goes along way. The product usually lasts me about 2 months and then I need to buy a new one. My sister has 3b hair and though the product doesn’t say it detangles it makes detangling so much easier. She’s very tender headed but when we use this to detangle her hair she doesn’t complain or cry! When I wash my hair I use the tgin products and it provides the overall moisture! Those products work really well together. Overall I love it on curls. I’m not sure how it works for straight hair but overall I love it on my and my family’s curls! I have tried so many different hair masks at all different price points, and I go back to this mask all the time. I use it maybe every other week. I like how the mask does its job after sitting in my hair for just a few minutes as opposed to having to wait 15 minutes plus with other masks. Immediately after using the mask, my hair is soft, shiny, and doesn't feel weighed down.

I use this product like once a month-I use another product more that helps my hair look better Guacamole Whip Hair sauce it works very wellI live in SWFL and the humidity is strong here-products are important but only so much you can doI feel this product does not give me all quench my hair needs to try to keep the frizz/dryness down

This mask smells really nice and it makes my hair really soft. I’ve only used it twice so can’t speak to whether my hair doesn’t shed much but it’s a nice mask so far.
