How do i get my alarm to turn off if i lost my keyfob

how long does the alarm stay before it shuts its self off...and will it go on again if disturbed?

Any touch or hit is occurred at ARM alert mode, the main unit will sound immediately for 2 seconds, detect on any touch or hit again within 2～ 12 seconds, the alarm will continue for 30 seconds. Thanks.

I have an electric car. Could I put this in the trunk, set at it lowest level of sensitivity, and use the remote to sound it to alert a pedestrian?

You can have it in the "off" setting. The remote has a button that will work as an "alert buzzer" even when the alarm is off. The lowest sensitivity setting would be triggered from a moving car if you had it armed. Just leave it off--or un-armed--and you can use the alert button if you need to make a sound with it.
