**Q: My parents have an att flip top and want to use their sim card from that phone will this work?**
A: Yes, this will work.

**Q: Smartlink told me this phone is compatible but i need to purchase a tracfone byop kit. do i purchase a 3g byp kit?**
A: Yes, you do.  But make sure it works with AT&T, because this phone is 3G on AT&T, but not T-Mobile.
P.S.:  this is definitely the correct answer, since I did exactly that for my mother, who is on the TracFone service.

**Q: Are these phones compatible with Straight Talk?**
A: Hello, These phones should be compatible with Straight Talk GSM cards, but we suggest checking with your operator, sometimes they may only accept approved devices on their network.

**Q: Does this take a SIM card?**
A: yes it does. i got it for my mom in Jamaica and i had to put in a new sim card.

The SOS button is too easy to trigger with normal use. Sound quality is terrible. And it’s only 3G. Imputing and later finding and viewing phone numbers is not intuitive for anyone, so it renders this useless for my 76 yo father. Don’t waste your money.

### ⭐⭐⭐ Too complicated.

I believe the keypad unlock button should be thicker. It's hard for my 89 year old mother to slide the button to unlock the phone. I think the phone is too complicated for most seniors and non-seniors. When you hang up the phone you must press the hang up button twice. And there are times that we must call her several times in succession because the calls go straight to voicemail. And I tried to get help from the internet, but there was none. Nor a way for me to call someone who could help me.
