Review: Great De-crystalizer... - We raise bees for our own consumption and on occasion some harvests of honey will crystalize. All we do is put a tablespoon of corn syrup in each pint jar and the crystals disappear! Using corn syrup will also work to make sure caramel (homemade) will not crystalize. Love the fact that this comes in a gallon jug!
