I had previously soldered a 'piggyback' trailer connector harness into the existing connector on the bumper so the wiring was plug n play. First, remove the tailgate after disconnecting the reverse camera at the junction block on left side of the spare tire (pull red tab towards cab then squeeze connector) and feed the wire through the bed. The tailgate comes off from passenger side first, then with it almost vertical, pull away from driver's side hinge. You may or may not want an extra set of hands for this. Somewhat unwieldy, but not too bad. Next, I measured the led section of light. It was 58 1/8", so I split the difference and centered that by the hole for the reverse camera wire in bed. I also cut 1" of the tape off the ends so the bar was securely taped on the bed (as pictured).Overall, I am happy with the way it looks, the reverse is really bright and is helpful at night.Time will tell how durable this set is, the three year warranty was one of the reasons I chose this set. ### ⭐ Junk won't last *by A***R on September 3, 2019* Died after 2 months!! ### ⭐ Glitches like crazy! *by A***R on September 7, 2019* Terrible product.
