This is my second purchase, and this time the tea is completely different. Previously, this tea was quite strongly fermented: dark, with a distinct bitterness. Now, however, the tea is pale green (finally looking like it does on the packaging), has a delicate ‘grassy’ flavour and suits me much better, as it tastes like delicate green tea.
