Material is very soft, stretchy and almost silky feeling. Does not feel like a bing bag, though it’s similar in how you can sink into it. Does not smell at all like I’ve read on other types of lumbar cushions. I’ve also used behind my neck watching tv which is very comfie as well, and used as pillow for naps. I would recommend ! May get another soon! I bought the pink one, looks just as pictured. Quality seems good.

I use neck roll pillows daily and this is the nicest so far. The cover is removable, has a nice zipper, and is washable. The shape is fairly firm but also soft enough for comfort. Many of the pillows seem a bit too large and bulky. This does not. The shape seems perfect. I don’t know how it will hold up since it’s new but I’d buy it again.
