It is large and rectangular, which fits perfectly in my Traeger grill and has the right size for our family (2 pizzas feeds all of us). The handles are really convenient to carry the whole stone and pizza out of the oven or grill and are removable. The stone is thick and retains heat well. It is a thicker type of stone so it takes a little longer to bring to the right temperature but also retains more heat as you open or close the door.The only downside is that the stone can slide off the metal frame with the handles.
