Average sized hand for a guy, this grips fits as expected, for larger hands, it might be a bit uncomfortable. I just bought my second pair after 2 years of 5 days a week usage, the first pair didn't break, they just started showing signs of aging and I was afraid they might break and I will have to wait for another order before doing the heavy lifting. they also survived a washing machine cycle, this is the best grips you can buy without getting gloves that will make you sweat.

 I wasn't a fan of gym gloves until I found these! I like that they're real leather and that they don't have too much padding.  Regular gloves make my hands too sweaty.  I've tested em out at my Crossfit class and the finger loops were great because they keep the gripads in place vs the rubbery ones that fall off.  GymPaws are great for my daily weightlifting too because they don't get in the way.  Definitely recommend!

These are my second set ! I use them through my workouts for pull-ups mostly and they have saved my hands! A lil on the bulky side when you first use them - but they break in well and soon you won’t remember how you ever did a pull-up without them!
