It does have some room for improvement---the magnets don't really keep the shirt entirely together all day while wearing, nothing a couple safety pins doesn't solve- but it's worth noting.

I just had major collarbone surgery and this shirt is excellent. The shirt is comfortable and has improved my post surgery time significantly. Really great idea, great shirt. Trying to put on any top, even button up tops, over a newly fractured shoulder was very painful. This shirt was a real lifesaver. Suggest you buy the shirt big enough so the magnets will stay together properly while moving around. We had a medium for a 5'9 108# female which worked fine. This may be a rare occurrence, but one time we washed the shirt in our top loading machine, the magnets caused the shirt to get stuck under the agitator.
