A: the bag flat is roughly a 1/4 inch

**Q: what are the dimensions of the label**
A: The "window" is 3-1/4" x 1-3/4".  A slip about the size of a business card fits into the pocket.

**Q: Pvc vinyl or pu compounds?**
A: Sorry, I don't know. I purchased this item awhile back so I no longer have any of the packaging. They work and hold up well.
