I have been reading about lucid dreaming and out-of-body experiences ever since I was twelve years old. I am forty-eight now. I maintained a constant interest in the subject over ALL of those years. I have bought dozens of books over the years, and I know that I have read at least fifty books on the subject. But, no matter how I tried, I never succeeded in having more than maybe four such experiences a year, if that. I also never had any kind of control over the experience once I did have one. However, I swore that one day I would find the one book or technique that would explain precisely how to have lucid dreams and out-of-body experiences on a regular basis. This is that book. You will not regret buying this book. I believe in it so much that I have even bought extra copies and given them away to people.Since reading this book, I have learned to enter the state as much as twice a week and more. I am able to get to places that I need to go to, to find people I want to find, and to accomplish tasks that I wish to accomplish. I have learned how to deepen the state and to maintain the state for several minutes at a time. I am also able to re-enter the same lucid dream, at least twice more, whenever it does start to fade out. Many times, this state is as vivid and real, and on several occasions more real, than the waking state itself.If you want a book that shows you Step-By-Step how to enter a lucid dream or out-of-body experience, how to deepen and maintain it, how to get places, how to meet people, and how to accomplish what you want to accomplish in this state, then buy this book. You may buy other books on the subject also, if you wish, but this is the only one you will ever really need.By the way, just by reading the book and not really even trying the techniques yet, I had a very realistic out-of-body experience/lucid dream within the first two weeks. I have had dozens of such experiences since then, almost at will.I have not been having as many experiences lately though, as my focus has been on first straightening out a couple of other areas of my life. So I have been neglecting practicing the techniques and I really regret that, for I was really on a roll there for a while. However, I am currently reading the book again, and I am confident that I will be able to pick my practice back up right from where I left it. Do yourself a favor and buy this book. The techniques are straightforward and really do work when you take the time to actually practice them. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Beginners to Lucid Dreaming should Study this book *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on August 31, 2019* After reading this book, Michael Raduga strikes me as a true genius in a lot of ways. Here he's spent nearly a whole lifetime 'entering the phase' (lucid dreaming) as he says. He covers almost every aspect of this phenomena (although the section of DILDs was spare, but makes sense because that's not his forte) and maintains a very evidence-based, scientific-method established perspective of looking at induction and application techniques.Beyond the indirect method (otherwise known as DEILD), which he really just does a great job of refining from other sources, his practicable, well-explained methods for dream travel, object location, 'deepening' and 'maintaining', mental and physical healing applications, and subconscious information gathering/verifying just add so much concrete stuff to the field it is amazing to me that he's not talked about more.The latter half of his book reads like a grounded and scientifically-minded LDing textbook covering all the important areas. And he delivers everything with such an earnest and sincere attempt to simply teach people the wonders of lucid dreaming.While not for everyone, I for one especially enjoyed the sections explaining his theory, which melds well with mine, on the quantum mechanical aspect of the dream state. He really reinforced my convictions that waking life really is the 'phase state', or dreaming state, only highly stable. Again, he's extremely grounded and his more 'out there' views are substantiated with interesting stuff on quantum mechanical experiments and facts about how the brain and mind create our waking 'copy' of whatever reality actually is, deep down and forever obscured.If reading this book, be prepared for some inconsistencies and un-sourced statistics. For instance, Mr. Raduga makes clear in one section that beginners shouldn't exhaust themselves with attempts more than three a week, but in other sections he seems to contradict this. And some statistics don't seem to make sense. For a big book on an important and still somewhat obscure topic, this amounts to nothing in comparison to the fact that his methods work and are somewhat easy. Read this book, either the free pdf or as I recommend supporting his work by buying the kindle or paperback. Good luck! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Spelling errors!! *by J***E on Reviewed in the United States on January 14, 2019* I just started the book so cannot comment on the overall quality of the information provided. However I did want to point out the crazy amount of spelling errors within the first two chapters... This guy talks about his very first book, how it too was full of spelling errors due to him self publishing without any editors etc. Now this is his 10th+ book with supposedly a team of editors, and computer software to prevent these errors making it through to the final copy.. So why does it feel like I am reading an unedited product? Some of these errors are unacceptable and should have easily been detected upon proofreading. For that I will take away a star.
