The bottle is large, and doesn't have any way to measure a dose other than pouring it out or using a syringe. I found these which were an awesome deal. They work great for this purpose. Each one is individually wrapped, which is fantastic. They work great for the fish oil. Eventually the oil will remove the markings (takes awhile though) and the rubber will not work from it, but then I just grab a new one. I don't typically rinse after each use, I just keep the syringe in the fridge beside the oil bottle. If I do rinse it, it's easy enough. Syringes have a lot of other uses. Note these do not have needles, nor will a needle fit on it, it's just the syringe. I've used them to squirt water or cleaner into small spaces to flush them out. Or to measure liquid plant food. Even other food measuring purposes. They're really useful to have around. They come in a box that stays closed so I can store them in my closet, grabbing one when I need it. Great buy.
