I swim in a chlorinated pool, don't have a chlorine filter on my shower, consume fluoride in tap water from cooking and using it to make hot tea and coffee and I consume breads, some of which contain bromide. I am no expert on iodine or health so please do your own research and draw your own conclusions as to what's right for you. But I can say for myself, that since taking this iodine I feel way better. The symptoms of frequent fatigue and feeling the cold more easily than the average person have both improved drastically since I've been using this product and continue to improve.
