I I've ordered it for use during severe allergy season to help reduce the urge to rub my eyes. It's perfect. I've tried cold washcloths (don't stay cold long enough), "boo boo buddies" (need a couple and they don't stay frozen very long). This mask WORKS. At least for me. Just don't place it frozen directly on your eyelids. Resting on the forehead and just sort of floating over the eyes is best. I take a rest while cooling off then back in the freezer it goes!
