I have had it for about 6 months and still works perfectly! (And I pack it to the max everyday). It is thin and doesn't insulate all that great so if you don't have access to a fridge, this may not be the bag for you. It also is not spill resistant but it is super easy to clean. Just hand wash it and hang it outside. It dries pretty quickly. It did have that typical neoprene smell when I first got it but I washed it and let it sit outside for a day or so, and the smell was gone. I was surprised at how much fit inside! The external pocket is nice to keeping snacks close at hand or as a place to keep an ice pack.The bag is quite stylish and I like the different colors/looks. The only minor complaint is that the zipper color isn't a true match to the edging color (the zipper is more green and the edging is more blue). But that's a pretty minor complaint.I was a bit disappointed in the bag's ability to keep things cold. I've tried it a few times now. I do not keep my lunch bag in the fridge and instead rely on an ice pack to keep the contents cool. The first time I used 1 ice pack and the items inside were ~room temp by the time I ate lunch (about 4-5 hours after packing). I tried with 2 ice packs the next day but the contents still didn't seem to keep cold.
