Review: Solidly built - Bought one unit and was impressed with the quality of the item so I bought two more for the garage in our new house with 9 foot ceilings. Some had a bolt or screw missing and extra screws and bolts. Used extras from one to to provide for missing ones in others. Not easy to install unless you have some degree of skill. Instructions were okay for knowledgeable person. I was able to install by myself. A useful but missing dimension in the instructions is the shelf depth distance between ceiling bolts. For the 2 foot deep shelves this is 23 inches. Once you know this the effort is reduced. Our contractor has impressed with these and asked for information about them. I would definitely buy again if I need more storage in the garage.

A: Not sure...worst product I ever bought from amazon...returned it

**Q: My garage ceiling studs are exactly 19" apart and my garage door leaves 18" of clearance space to work with, will this system work for my garage?**
A: Yes they will work. I installed 3 racks and it took a little over 5 hrs. If I had to do ot over again ieould have used safe rack installation option

**Q: Is the height dimension from the ceiling to the bottom of the unit or to the top of the shelf?**
A: Yes , from the ceiling to bottom of rack . Adjustment on drop from ceiling can be done easy enough

Bought one unit and was impressed with the quality of the item so I bought two more for the garage in our new house with 9 foot ceilings. Some had a bolt or screw missing and extra screws and bolts. Used extras from one to to provide for missing ones in others. Not easy to install unless you have some degree of skill. Instructions were okay for knowledgeable person. I was able to install by myself. A useful but missing dimension in the instructions is the shelf depth distance between ceiling bolts. For the 2 foot deep shelves this is 23 inches. Once you know this the effort is reduced. Our contractor has impressed with these and asked for information about them. I would definitely buy again if I need more storage in the garage.
