Must thoroughly drain can. Strong lemon flavor. Healthy, nutritious and good substitute for tuna. I use mostly in pasta and vegetable salads but makes a good sandwich if you add spices, celery, shred carrot, diced peeled cucumbers, sweet relish, pickles (especially B&B or kosher dill), olives, water chestnuts diced, fresh parsley, dill, chopped tomato minus juice and seeds, or any of your favorite add-ins with the dressing. A wonderful choice to save the Dolphins and other marine mammals and sea turtles and wasteful big business "fishing."
