The instruction booklet that came with it covered all the options that this device was capable of and was fairly well written and easy to understand. Within a very short time, I managed to set the device up as bridge/repeater (but I also chose to suppress its associated hotspot that was also available) back to/for my main router (using my smartphone to connect to it initially) then rebooted the device to change its configuration. I finally unplugged it from the USB power connection I was using (just for power) and plugged both cables into the T1000's ethernet and USB ports on its rear. It immediately powered up and "voila!", internet connectivity wirelessly back to my broadband connection. Excellent device and great value for what it does. I can't recommend this highly enough for what it does.
