**Q: what if the struts not working?**
A: When one or both struts are not working, you would know right away as the hood would not hold in place when lift up.  You would need a stick or your hand to hold it up.  These struts are very easy to change, remote and install new struts only take a couple of minutes.  The dealer would charge you $260-$300 to replace (both part and labor).

**Q: I am wondering whether the seller can do a resending if the struts not working after one year?**
