We did have to buy a special faucett for hooking this unit up - but I am in doubt that we have a newly bought unit - I believe it is a used unit.Addiionally, there is no warranty information with the unit - nothing to explain or fill out ....One thing I can say positive - my hair is not falling out as much - I sleep better - my hip pain is gone and I am no longer taking allergy meds. yay!
