It works!! I like it cold with just a bit of sugar or sweet in low which takes away any bitter taste which I admit I was concerned about with so many reviews claiming it was bitter. The other tea they make for sleeping aid is more bitter but like I said, a little bit of sweetener goes a long way here!! I have even used honey and it works too. The bitter taste is not overwhelming by the way. You should be able to drink plain if you prefer as it is mildly bitter at most.
