A: Any brush will collect dust if you do not store it properly. I clean the hair from my brush after each use and store it bristle side down. So far, no dust. I hope that this helps. It is a great brush.

A: I love love love this brush! I use this brush on my natural hair. It smoothes, softens, and adds shine. Best brush I've ever had! I am planning to buy another! I would definitely recommend. It has an air hole on the lower part of the paddle, which makes the brush conform to your scalp better when brushing. I never realized the kind of brush mattered, until this one. Such a difference.

A: Yes it is, I have long thin/fine hair and this has been my favorite brush. I have had this brush a little over a year now I think and it is the best brush I have ever owned, I really like it!
