When searching for a more 'focused' alternative I decided to give these a try. They do freeze solid and, for the LIMITED time using them, they do provide some relief. they're a bit difficult to put on since they freeze in a T-shape, but you can manipulate it enough to be able to wrap around. It is fairly difficult to wrap the elastic strap around though. But the biggest 2 problems - the cold only lasts for about a half an hour (they've been in the chest freezer for weeks), and 2 have already split apart at the seams causing the little blue balls to fall out. Until these things are re-engineered better, don't bother. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Not For Little Toes *by M*** on Reviewed in the United States on April 23, 2020* I stubbed my second to littlest toe so badly, I though I may had broken it. I ordered this little ice pack for it but by the time it arrived it had gotten a bit better. I iced it anyway with it because the larger ice pack was hurting my toe and not doing the trick. When this first arrived, I was happy to have something small to surround the tiny joint. Well after placing in the freezer, it was not pliable and only good for the top of the toe and but not the sides. Though better than nothing, it didn't do what I had hoped as far as wrapping around being too stiff after freezing it.
