Review: Great protection and soft hair! - I’ve tried a lot of heat protection sprays over the years and this is the one that has left my hair the softest after use. I have colour processed hair (light auburn coloured) and have nano ring extensions (Brazilian hair) fitted making my hair waist length. I spray this liberally over my natural hair and the extensions after every wash before I blow dry it, and it leaves my hair so soft and silky. I’ve noticed less breakage and split ends on the extensions since using it, so it’s definitely helping in that area. Personally I’m not a huge fan of the smell, it’s not awful or unbearable by any stretch, it’s just not something I would choose to smell of (a bit musky). However luckily I have found the smell is only noticeable when freshly applied and doesn’t last, and as I wash and dry my hair in the evenings, I don’t need to worry about going out with the smell lingering. Worth mentioning that whilst you should always use a heat protection spray before straightening or curling your hair to protect it - DO NOT SPRAY THIS ON YOUR HAIR AND THEN IMMEDIATELY CURL OR STRAIGHTEN IT. You will fry your hair and it will feel like straw and become very fragile. You should spray the product on, and either leave it to air dry for a bit, or give it a quick blast with a hairdryer to make sure your hair isn’t too wet. A: Person with Afro hair here! I sprayed it on damp hair after putting in detangler and it made my hair look shiny and feel soft. I always use this before blowdrying my hair now.

**Q: Is this for Afro hair?**
A: Hey, the product doesn't specify, however, avocado oil is perfect for Afro textured hair as it will penetrate the hair shaft and moisturize your hair (rather than just sitting on the hair) due to it's properties.
My hair certainly loves it! (Best used on damp hair)

I’ve tried a lot of heat protection sprays over the years and this is the one that has left my hair the softest after use.
