Review: Works fine after modifying fixture per instructions - The most important thing to know is that this requires changing the wiring on the fluorescent fixture. The instructions are fine but you should have some knowledge of working with light fixtures. The light is fine, color temp is close, Color rendering is fair. We bought this to replace a similar LED tube in a fixture which used the same wiring change - it worked fine; steady light, no flicker, hoped it would be a bit brighter but acceptable.

I chose to remove the old ballast which took longer than any other phase of transition. Removal not necessary to modification of wiring. Removed one end connector to determine type of connector and wired accordingly. Directions were concise. Total mod time was 20 minutes with half just removing ballast. Very satisfied with performance and cost savings. Wrote date inside fixture to determine longevity of bulbs.
