I have had the best experience after purchasing this item. First of all, the shipping was fast. Item arrived well packaged. Everything that I needed for set up was included in the box. I didn't need any spare parts or extra tools to assemble the mount, which was a plus. Easy assembly. I was worried if this mount can hold my 19 lbs monitor or not. In fact, it works really well with my monitor, no doubts about the weight holding. I can now turn my monitor up and down, from side to side very easily. For this amount of money, it was the best solution. I was able to save some space on the desk and make everything more streamline and modern looking. I highly recommend this product. It was a great addition to my office space.
