I bought the leather heart album which is just beautiful. I purchased the black replacement pages which can be cut down to fit into the original protective sheets just in case I mess up an original page. In that regard, the refill pages work fine. The downside is they stink of some chemical smell. I laid them out in a single layer to "air out". Now the entire room stinks when I open the door. Two concerns: Will the smell go away on the paper? We ordered the black book with black pages. This book was perfect! We also were able to have her guests add photos taken from the photo booth. What I liked was the rings came separate and guests were able to complete multiple pages at one time, then we put them all back together in the book when the night was over. I only would have liked the book a little bit bigger, but other than that, it was perfect. It came in the box which has made it easy for storing her memories after her event. My friend liked it so much, we are ordering it for their daughter's quince as a gift. Beautiful scrapbook.
