I am a 40 year old woman who has had knee pain since I was about 16/17 years old, as I've got older the pain at certain times of the month is a lot. I researched into a few things the last year and eventually I landed on Glucosamine Sulphate (to help with Synovial fluid around the knee) and I kid you not, I noticed a difference after 2 months! I would not have come back here to leave a review if I didnt believe this could help someone else suffering with knee pain. It might/might not work for you but I think it is DEFINITELY worth a try. Don't get me wrong, I don't feel I am "cured" as a it still hurts sometimes (especially around the time of month) but on the whole, its been a massive help!
