**Q: why this product wont dissolve in milk? i shake it over 30 second and i can still taste the powder so thick**
A: There’s your problem, shake for 45 seconds. You’re leaving all those reps on the table. Remember, explosive out but a controlled return. 12 shake reps should take you 45 seconds if you’re doing it right. And breath. Contract. Feel the muscles. Quit leaving those reps on the table.

**Q: does this have gluten in it**
A: Although it maybe doesn't have gluten, people with gluten sensitivities or Celiac Disease should avoid the enzyme, Casein. I have Celiac Disease and this would "kill" me!

**Q: My container did not have a scoop in it. How much powder to I use for a shake?**
A: It's approximately a 1/4 of a cup (not exactly), but I'd bet there's a scoop in the bottom of the container somewhere, they sometimes sink to the bottom of the container...  It's placed in these containers by a computer system, not a person so chances of a mistake are minimal.

**Q: Does anyone know if this is 100% Micellar?**
A: No, it has calcium caseinate as the second protein source.

OK, casein pudding. 1 scoop of casein protein and 2/3 cup of skim milk, mix, refrigerator for 10 minutes and bam! This makes evening snacks healthier and smarter. It also makes for super thick protein shakes with just water. If you don't like thin shakes, this is for you. I've only tried chocolate myself, will definitely try the others coming up. The taste is different, I like it, but it's different. I could see some people complaining because of it not being Hershey bar flavor. I wish I could articulate the address of the chocolate flavor, but I can't, it's just different. The usefulness of the casein thickness will definitely make for some experimental recipes coming up for me. It makes getting protein and snacking way smarter and enjoyable.
