They tend to fall low in either the back or front, yet fit around the waist well. Occasionally a tab is pulled off while trying to open them but that is easily fixed with regular scotch tape. This works for us because my dad had a Foley catheter so urine leakage was never an issue. As for bowel incontinence, there has been a bit of leakage on a few occasions but those were minor and rare. Fit Right is a bit pricey but worth the extra cost if you are caring for a bed patient with very limited mobility. Hold off on cheaper options until there is better mobility and improvement in incontinence. We wasted quite a few of a cheaper brand due to tears and improper fit before even getting them on completely.
