## Questions & Answers

**Q: can you use this for baking or raosting veggies in oven?**
A: Yes, I use to Roast beets. I put oven rack in middle position and preheat oven to 450°F. I trim beets, leaving ¼ inch of stems intact and wrap it in 2 sheets of patapar paper enclosing the beets. I roast them in a shallow baking pan until very tender, about 2 hours. I allow them to cool. After 15 minutes, I peel beets and cut into slices. Season with salt and pepper and they are delicious. =)

**Q: are there how-to use instructions?**
A: Yes. The instructions are simple and easy to understand.

**Q: Is this paper unbleached? Is it possible to use in the oven (350 degrees)? looking for unbleached non silicone parchment?**
A: I believe it is unbleached and will withstand 350-degree temperatures.  It can be washed and reused several times.

**Q: how is this different from ordinary parchment paper?**
A: My wife is as eccentric as Howard Hughes --and I go along with her ignorant crap because I worship the ground she walks on. She said she uses the paper because Egar Cayce recommended it. I do know we use it because we steam a lot of organic veggies--we steam the veggies in the patapar so it will retain the juices---the paper it tougher than regular parchment and can be reused over and over after it has been washed. People at Amazon do not print my reviews because they hire people that majored in creative writing in college, and they don't approve of my writing style.
