They are warm and comfortable but most importantly I can use my phone while wearing them. The long cuff area is great for keeping my arms inside my coat covered. I bought the blue ones which are a country blue color with the index finger and thumb tops where you can use your phone being a little darker. I have had no problem texting or using apps with them on. As a matter of fact, they work better than my fingers usually do. These are made very well. They do "work", you can touch your phone screen, but the bulkiness of the gloves makes it very difficult to actually text or do anything with precision on your phone.Overall, I personally would not purchase or use these gloves.
