If you look around online you will find recommended current flows for different thickness/width of nickel plate.Generally: 7A for 0.2mm x 7mm (like this). As a result, I decided to double-up all of my connections because my pack is fairly high-performance. I spot welded one row, then spot-welded another on top of that. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Quality connections made easy *by R***. on Reviewed in the United States on March 19, 2019* Third 48v e-bike battery build. Far easier and cleaner than the single strips to install. Resistance is more consistent across the whole battery. I am upgrading the others and these are definitely going to be part of them.
