I used to buy 'Raw Health Organic Raw Cider Vinegar with Mother, 500 ml' which is GOOD but this to me is better actually. There's a much more natural subtle flavour (undertone) to it. It's NOT going to taste like *apples* (I have been having apple cider vinegar with mother for YEaaaaaaaaarRRSSss you will NEVER find that, unless you make a juice cocktail with the vinegar!)The flavour is *great though* And use this in my salads, on fish dinners...in my 'drink' at the sink daily! This does not burn my stomach at all.VERY Good mother content!PAIN relief, weight loss.. I haven't really seen any evidence over the many years of use... that apple cider vinegar has helped...Other than it does help with my digestion I think! Can help as a diuretic! And help keep the system hydrated. Pain relief... I don't believe so.
